We currently offer timezone customization under the PHP tab. Since this setting is used for Crons as well, it makes sense to also set the timezone in the SSH environment and move this option under the general environment settings.
This option could also be customized during the environment setup wizard.

- Are there any specific timezones that you think should be prioritized in this feature?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to change the timezone settings?

- The same drop-down could be shown after the server localisation with a default value based of the browser/IP (or just UTC)
- No specific timezones, the ones already present on the admin panel seem enough.
- The feature would not change often, I anticipate that it would mostly be done during setup.
