Servebolt Support and Servebolt Cloud Operations have lots of knowledge around each and every application hosted in the Servebolt Cloud. This knowledge should be stored, and available, to the Servebolt customer facing teams, but also in some cases available to customers.
This information can be stored in a "notes" fashion, but it should be a possibility to upload both images and files.
Each note should be given a category to be able to filter and sort to find the information needed.
It's important that these notes are persistent if/when an application moves around in the Servebolt Cloud ecosystem.
